First Two Sessions

At the first session we will meet to evaluate your needs, provide manual therapy, and discuss exercise options appropriate to your stage of healing. We follow-up on these needs at the second session.
Additional Treatment
$75
Additional follow-up sessions may be required periodically in order to continue to address scar tissue adhesions.

I’ve worked in outpatient orthopedics for about 5 years now- the last four of which have been at a one on one manual therapy-based clinic. While I love my day job, I also feel that there is a need for better post-surgical care in our community. More specifically, during those first few weeks when people are getting back to normal life. There’s a time period when you’re not quite ready for outpatient physical therapy yet, but also need more information on how to improve your outcomes and hands on manual therapy interventions to aid in scar tissue remodeling (both to decrease function-limiting adhesions and long term pain). That’s where my expertise in manual therapy and next steps come in.
